On the night of May 14th, 2008, Brandon Swanson, after attending a party, experienced a minor accident when one of his car's wheels slipped into a ditch. Fortunately, Brandon wasn’t hurt, but he couldn’t drive his car out of the ditch. So, he called his parents, informing them of his situation and asking for help.

According to his phone call, Brandon was about 25 miles from the town of Lynd. It was a route he was very familiar with, so he confidently described his location to his parents. 👀

A short while later, his parents arrived at the spot he mentioned, but strangely, they couldn’t see him or his car. Confused, they both tried signaling to each other by turning their car headlights on and off while speaking on the phone, but despite their efforts, neither could spot the other. 😶‍🌫️

After a while, a frustrated Brandon called his parents again and asked, "Why can’t you see me?", clearly irritated. He then suggested they meet at a nearby landmark, a community center, and continued walking while on the phone with his parents, guiding them to where he thought he was. 👀

But then, suddenly, while still on the phone, Brandon exclaimed, "Oh, shit!", and the call went silent. His parents tried calling back, but no response ever came. 😶‍🌫️

Panicked, his parents contacted the police, who launched an extensive search the next day. Brandon's car was eventually found, but not where he said it was—it was 25 miles away from where he had told his parents. Oddly enough, his car keys were missing too.

Despite using helicopters and conducting thorough searches of the area, no trace of Brandon was ever found. It's as though he simply vanished into thin air, leaving no clues or signs of where he might have gone. 👀

To this day, more than a decade later, Brandon Swanson's disappearance remains a mystery. Why couldn’t his parents see him when he was so sure of his location? And what exactly happened after his last words, “Oh, shit”? These questions have left his case one of the most unsettling unsolved mysteries, with some speculating that Brandon may have crossed into a parallel universe—vanishing without a trace from this world. 😶‍🌫️
